Terms & conditions

You can change or cancel an item or the entire order before 5 pm the previous day. In order to cancel a part of, or the entire order, please contact us on 9353192355 and quote your registered mobile no. and the modifications. Alternately, you may make changes in your order through the mobile app. We'll try to accommodate your request as best as we can. 

Delivery will be between 5 AM and 8:30 AM, but the exact time may vary. Expect it to be around your usual time, except during festivals or rainy days.

Conditions for Refund: 

  • Milk Unfit for Consumption : Our milk has no preservatives or additives, so keeping it cold is key to its freshness. If the milk turns sour due to a cold chain issue on the day of delivery, you can request a refund. The refund will be processed after we collect the spoiled pack.
    For any milk or byproduct issues, please raise a complaint with a photo / video along with the batch no. on the packaging before 2 PM. The refund will be to your source account/ wallet balance on the App. 
  • Refusal / Late cancellation : Charges will still be applicable in case intimation for cancellation is made after 5:00 pm, and also on refusal to take the delivery in the morning.
  • Missed Delivery : If, on any given day, your milk delivery has been missed, please inform us before 1pm on the same day so that we can resolve it immediately and ensure smooth delivery of your order.
    Please note that we will be unable to take into consideration any complaint after that so we urge you to let us know before 2pm. 

You can inform us in the following ways only:

  • Call our customer care. No changes or complaints will be handled by the delivery team.
  • Update your details in the Mobile App.

Note : Informing the delivery person is not valid. Only customer care can process order changes.


Terms and conditions: 

  • Offers, cashbacks, or bonuses cannot be used more than once.
  • Offers also cannot be used more than once for the same delivery address.
  • Cashbacks cannot be monetized but can be applied to your subscription.
  • Two offers cannot be combined, and cashback cannot be used on your first order.
  • If any misuse of offers is detected, the cashback or offer will be canceled, and the remaining balance must be used. No refunds will be given.
  • Alepa Farm wallet balance can not be refunded. It can only be consumed against a purchase.
  • Your account will become dormant in case of inactive orders for 1 year. Your wallet balance will go under dormant balance. To regain the dormant amount, kindly call our customer care from your registered mobile number to activate your account.
